How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery life varies by model, but most Meepo boards offer a range between 11 and 28 miles depending on rider weight, terrain, and speed settings.
What is the shipping timeframe for new boards?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders, while international shipping can take 15-30 days depending on the destination.
Are Meepo boards water-resistant?
Our boards have an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes. However, we strongly advise against riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles to protect the electronic components.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 6-month limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the motor, battery, and ESC. Wear and tear items like wheels and grip tape are not covered.
Can I fly with my electric skateboard?
Most airlines allow batteries under 100Wh. While some of our standard batteries fit this criteria, our extended range (ER) batteries exceed this limit and are generally not permitted on commercial flights.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
