At Meepo Board, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance electric skateboard. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused board in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the board and all original accessories, including the remote and charger, back into the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our designated Meepo inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the board's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
